Humans are unique creatures, but what makes us more marvelous is, yeah, you guessed it right, Our Brain (or Our Mind). The ideology itself and how we form and play with ideas or even change or adapt to any of them occasionally. Regarding stress issues, we always remain strict with our ideas. The moment we adopt a new thinking pattern is the moment we break free from stress.

Being Flexible
The most marvelous quote said by the great Bruce Lee:
“Empty your mind.
Be formless, shapeless, like water.

Embracing The Unknown
We tend to have the urge to stress when we want to be reassured before any event happens that nothing will go wrong. Here lies the trick: when we embrace the unknown, we start to be independent of our mind’s specific patterns. Also, we start to step out of our comfort zone. When we do that, we start to break free from stress.
