As we mentioned before in the previous articles, there are many techniques for overcoming stress.

Also, we dived deep into the first five techniques in each specific article. And this article will be about the sixth technique which is doing exercises.

Hormones

They play an important role in maintaining your nervous systems and emotions. You should be aware of every hormone our body secretes and understand their function.

Doing exercises secretes lots of hormones as well. One of them is endorphin. The one responsible for blocking pain and increasing the feeling of happiness and well-being.

Exercise comes in many forms, like mental, physical, and spiritual. But we are talking here about the physical ones, which include meditation, gym, strengthening, yoga, and any exercise that involves the movement of your body.

Persistence

Once you enter and start to indulge yourself in any exercise, you should remember that persisting is the key to your success.

Anything that is left without interfering or improving diminishes till disappears and so does any part of our body that is left without exercise. You should make a routine of exercising. You can use the 5-second launching mode, in which you count down from 5 to 1, and then you jump up doing your thing or exercise.

Pushing Harder

Pushing harder is essential to anything you do in life. But here you should do it smart. You should increase the secretion of hormones and keep persisting by lifting larger weights, for example.

As we spoke before in the previous articles, we are meant for greater things, not just doing exercises by magnifying the effects of exercises by training more and more. Understanding how your body behaves and when it needs rest are the keys to achieving this smartly.
